What to do
- Open Settings and Your data.
- Choose Export my data and complete the confirmation.
- Or use Download your records and pick the side and format.
- Use Contact if the download fails. Say what you clicked and the error text.
What you should see
Settings is titled Settings and described as your profile, security, and data. Sections include Profile & preferences, Verification, Where you’re signed in, Your data, and Close my account. Language in the header matches the account language control.
What this does not mean
- The file can be incomplete. Read the coverage note in it.
- You do not get other people’s private notes.
- A copy is not deletion.
