Cancel from the deal when Cancel this deal is shown. Read the confirmation. It tells you whether you are inside the free window on that deal and what the late rule on that deal is. Do not assume every category uses the same rule. If the control is missing, use Contact and include the deal reference. Card payments are not open, so this page does not promise money back.
Where to go
Cancel this deal is on the deal. The confirmation is titled Cancel this deal? and it states the rule for that deal. Keep the deal leaves it in place. Withdraw offer is only for a proposal that is still open.
What to do
- Open the deal.
- Choose Cancel this deal and read the confirmation before you confirm.
- If you only want to change the time, look for the scheduling control on that deal or thread first.
- Tell the other person in the thread after you cancel.
What you should see
The offer status reads Open, Proposed, Countered, Accepted, Declined, Expired, or Withdrawn. Under it, the line is Version, round, of the maximum. Open, Countered, and Accepted lose their actions after the deadline and show as Expired. The other person gets Accept offer, Counter offer, and Decline. You get Withdraw offer on an offer you sent. After acceptance, the buyer may see Confirm and continue to payment and the seller may see Confirm the deal. Deal confirmed and the line The agreement has been created mean the deal record exists. They do not pay a bank. Card payments are not open.
What this does not mean
- Cancellation terms are the ones on that offer, not a universal promise.
- Withdraw offer is for a proposal that was not accepted. It is not the same button as Cancel this deal.
- Closing your account does not cancel a deal cleanly. Cancel the deal first if the control is available.
