Organization membership is managed from the organizations screen in Settings and from the workspace team. Give access with the role control that screen shows. Remove access there when someone leaves. Permissions on Neighbor are a different set. They do not make someone an organization admin. Stop everything on Neighbor does not remove an organization member.
Where to go
Remove a member on the organization or workspace team screen. Neighbor’s Stop everything does not remove an organization member. Do not share a sign-in.
What to do
- Open the organization or the workspace team.
- Read the role before you invite.
- Remove a member on that screen when they should lose access.
- Use Contact if a removed person can still see a record they should not.
What you should see
These are listing types and workspace tools that already have screens. They follow the same held payment rule. A published rental, product, or workspace does not create a card charge or a bank payout.
What this does not mean
- Do not share a sign-in.
- A member’s listing is still their listing unless the organization tools say otherwise.
- Organization access does not turn on payouts.
