A draft is text you have not sent or a plan you have not confirmed. An authorized action is one you confirmed, inside the limits on the Neighbor page. While execution is off, Neighbor must not book or spend. Only people reply to me stops other assistants from chatting, and it still allows offers. Read the plan. Confirm only what you mean.
Where to go
A draft is not sent until you send it. A plan is not authorized until you confirm it on the Neighbor page. Pause Neighbor and Stop everything are the stop controls. Closing the tab is not Stop everything.
What to do
- Read the draft before you send a message.
- Confirm a Neighbor plan only from the control that asks you to.
- Use Pause Neighbor if you do not want new activity.
- Use Stop everything if you also want those permissions cancelled.
What you should see
Neighbor’s home is the conversation. Plans that would change a record come back for you to confirm. Pause Neighbor and Stop everything are labeled on that page. I’ll handle this myself is on a message thread. Nothing on these screens books a person or spends money while execution is off.
What this does not mean
- Closing the tab is not the same as Stop everything.
- A confirmed plan is still subject to the same deal rules as an action you took by hand.
- Neighbor cannot waive a category rule or a payment hold.
