Where you’re signed in lists devices. This device marks the one you are using. Sign out other devices ends the rest. If a sign-in is not yours, do that, then reset the password with Forgot your password? Too many wrong passwords locks sign-in for 15 minutes. That lock is not proof someone else got in.
Where to go
Where you’re signed in lists devices and marks This device. Sign out other devices keeps the current one. A 15-minute lock after bad passwords is not proof someone else got in.
What to do
- Open Settings and Where you’re signed in.
- Choose Sign out other devices and confirm.
- Reset the password if the sign-in was not yours.
- Use Contact if you cannot sign in. The reset screen will not say whether the email exists.
What you should see
Settings is titled Settings and described as your profile, security, and data. Sections include Profile & preferences, Verification, Where you’re signed in, Your data, and Close my account. Language in the header matches the account language control.
What this does not mean
- Support will not ask for your password or a one-time code.
- A lockout of 15 minutes is a reason to wait, not a reason to create a new account.
- Signing out devices does not cancel deals.
