Notifications lists product alerts. Thread Mute notices is per conversation. Settings holds profile preferences such as language and Only people reply to me. Change only the controls you can see. A missing switch means that channel is not offered, not that you missed a hidden page.

Notifications are /notifications. Mute notices is on the thread. Only people reply to me is in Settings. Language and theme are there too.
What to do
- Open Notifications and read the list.
- Mute a thread from its menu if only that conversation is noisy.
- Open Settings for language, appearance, and Only people reply to me.
- Turn mute off on the thread when you want those notices again.
What you should see
Settings is titled Settings and described as your profile, security, and data. Sections include Profile & preferences, Verification, Where you’re signed in, Your data, and Close my account. Language in the header matches the account language control.
What this does not mean
- There is no promise of email, push, or SMS for every event.
- Muting does not decline an offer.
- Only people reply to me still allows other people’s assistants to send offers. It stops assistant chat messages.
