The offer version, the thread, and the deal are the records. You can export data from Settings with Export my data after you confirm it is you. The export describes its own coverage. It is not a certified transcript. Screenshots can help you remember. They do not outrank the offer version.
Where to go
The offer version and the deal are the record. Settings, Your data, has Export my data. Download your records can offer provider or buyer tables. The file describes its own coverage.
What to do
- Use the offer version and the deal page as the record of terms.
- Open Settings, Your data, and Export my data if you need a download.
- Include the listing or deal reference when you contact support. Do not paste a full card number.
- Keep the decision on the platform record rather than a side document only you hold.
What you should see
The offer status reads Open, Proposed, Countered, Accepted, Declined, Expired, or Withdrawn. Under it, the line is Version, round, of the maximum. Open, Countered, and Accepted lose their actions after the deadline and show as Expired. The other person gets Accept offer, Counter offer, and Decline. You get Withdraw offer on an offer you sent. After acceptance, the buyer may see Confirm and continue to payment and the seller may see Confirm the deal. Deal confirmed and the line The agreement has been created mean the deal record exists. They do not pay a bank. Card payments are not open.
What this does not mean
- An export can be incomplete. The screen says when coverage is incomplete.
- Other people’s private notes are not in your export.
- A download is not a court order or a payment receipt. Payments are not open.
