After the product records acceptance, the thread can show that a deal was created. Open that deal for the current state. Changing the work or the price after that needs a new agreement both people accept, not a quiet edit to the old message. Cancellation follows the terms on the offer and the control on the deal.
Where to go
When the thread says the agreement has been created, open the deal. Report a problem, Report a safety concern, and Cancel this deal are on that deal when the buttons are shown.
What to do
- Open the deal from the thread when it says a deal was created.
- Use the deal’s own actions for report, safety, and cancel.
- If the work must change, say so in the thread and use the amendment or a new offer the screen provides.
- Do not assume a typed change in chat replaced the accepted version.
What you should see
The offer status reads Open, Proposed, Countered, Accepted, Declined, Expired, or Withdrawn. Under it, the line is Version, round, of the maximum. Open, Countered, and Accepted lose their actions after the deadline and show as Expired. The other person gets Accept offer, Counter offer, and Decline. You get Withdraw offer on an offer you sent. After acceptance, the buyer may see Confirm and continue to payment and the seller may see Confirm the deal. Deal confirmed and the line The agreement has been created mean the deal record exists. They do not pay a bank. Card payments are not open.
What this does not mean
- Acceptance is not a card capture. Payments are not open.
- The other person’s silence is not a new agreement.
- Pause listing does not change an accepted deal.
