Filters narrow Search. Category limits the kind of listing. Sort by changes the order: Best match, Price, Nearest, Newest, and the other price and rating orders the control shows. Distance choices include Within 30 min, Within 60 min, and All Montana. A filter does not create new listings.
Where to go
Filters live on /search. Sort by includes Best match, Price, Nearest, and Newest, plus the other price and rating orders the control shows. Any category clears the category filter. A price sort compares one charging basis at a time. The page says so.
What to do
- Open Search.
- Choose a Category or leave Any category.
- Choose Sort by. If you sort by price, read the note about which charging basis is being compared.
- Clear a filter and search again if the list is empty. Then consider posting a request.
What you should see
Search can be empty. That means nothing published matched. Post request is a different page and does not hire anyone. Budget on that form is optional and is not a free-help switch.
What this does not mean
- An empty list means nothing published matched. It does not mean the category is forbidden.
- Nearest depends on place data. A remote listing is not ranked as a neighbor.
- Saved searches, when you are signed in, remember a query. They do not reserve a provider.
