Workspaces are for a place and a group you already work with: projects, inventory, arrangements, and team pages under that workspace. Cooperation pages exist for shared plans. They are not a public volunteer exchange that assigns neighbors. A community project still uses a listing, a request, or a workspace arrangement that the people accept. Nothing on this page creates a club membership or a payout.
Where to go
A workspace you belong to has projects, team, and arrangements. Cooperation pages are for people already in that work. They do not assign a public volunteer. Use a listing or a request for someone outside the workspace.
What to do
- Open Workspaces if you are organizing a place you are part of.
- Use a request or a listing if you need someone outside that workspace.
- Use arrangements inside the workspace when the people there are the ones doing the work.
- Keep free help and paid offers on their own records.
What you should see
The request page shows Send an offer for free help only when offer help is available. You fill Confirmed scope and deliverables and an optional Message. The form says sending an offer does not charge you. Post request does not create this arrangement. A priced Send an offer is a different action, submit proposal, and it is hidden on free help.
What this does not mean
- A workspace is not a public charity drive.
- Interest in free help does not add someone to your team.
- Shared projects do not turn on payments.
