A suggestion from Neighbor or from search ranking is a guess you can ignore. Confirmed time is the schedule on an accepted offer and the deal that follows. Profile Availability is only a status such as Available or Busy. None of these reserve a person.

What to do
- Treat Neighbor text as a draft to check.
- Open the listing and the offer for the real terms.
- Ask the person if the time is open. Then put the time on the offer.
- Ignore a suggestion that names a price or a promise the listing does not show.
What you should see
Neighbor’s home is the conversation. Plans that would change a record come back for you to confirm. Pause Neighbor and Stop everything are labeled on that page. I’ll handle this myself is on a message thread. Nothing on these screens books a person or spends money while execution is off.
