The product calls the structured proposal an offer. Send an offer on a request, or send the offer from the listing conversation. Include the scope, the amount, the schedule, and look at Cancellation before you send. The other person should see a version number. If you change the terms, send a new version. They should accept that version, not an older one.

Send an offer from the request, or from the listing conversation. Then open Messages and read the version line: Version, round, of the maximum.
What to do
- Open the request or the thread.
- Write the scope in the offer, not only in a side message.
- Choose Send an offer.
- Open Messages and confirm the version, round, price, schedule, and Cancellation.
What you should see
The posting button is Publish listing. After that, Pause listing is on the listing you own. A type includes Service, Product, Rental, and Free item, among the choices the form shows. Free item means a giveaway, not unpaid labor.
What this does not mean
- Sending is not acceptance.
- Sending an offer does not charge you.
- A later chat message does not silently replace the version on the offer.
