Settings shows Email verified or Email not verified. Verify your email is the control when the address is not verified. Some actions can stay blocked until that check is done. The check confirms you can read mail at that address. It is not an identity document check. Mail can be slow or missing. The product does not promise inbox delivery.
Where to go
The badge in Settings is Email verified or Email not verified. Verify your email sends the message. Inbox delivery is not promised. Check spam before you create a second account.
What to do
- Open Settings and read the email badge.
- Choose Verify your email and complete the message it sends.
- Check the mail account you used, including spam, before you create a second account.
- Use Contact if the screen errors after you have tried the message.
What you should see
Settings is titled Settings and described as your profile, security, and data. Sections include Profile & preferences, Verification, Where you’re signed in, Your data, and Close my account. Language in the header matches the account language control.
What this does not mean
- Email verified is not a license or a payout approval.
- A new account with a different email is not a fix for a blocked category.
- Do not forward the verification message to a stranger.
