Go back to the offer version that was accepted, or to the latest version if nothing was accepted. The written scope, price, schedule, and Cancellation are the terms to discuss. If you cannot agree, do not pretend a later message rewrote them. Report a problem on the deal when that button is there, or use Contact.
Where to go
Use the offer version that was accepted, or the latest version if nothing was accepted. Report a problem is on the deal. Contact is /contact when you are signed out and /support when you are signed in.
What to do
- Open the offer or the deal and read the recorded terms.
- Say what you expected and what you saw, in the thread, without insults.
- Use Report a problem on the deal for a problem with that deal.
- Use Contact for an account or a screen problem, and Safety for a safety concern.
What you should see
The offer status reads Open, Proposed, Countered, Accepted, Declined, Expired, or Withdrawn. Under it, the line is Version, round, of the maximum. Open, Countered, and Accepted lose their actions after the deadline and show as Expired. The other person gets Accept offer, Counter offer, and Decline. You get Withdraw offer on an offer you sent. After acceptance, the buyer may see Confirm and continue to payment and the seller may see Confirm the deal. Deal confirmed and the line The agreement has been created mean the deal record exists. They do not pay a bank. Card payments are not open.
What this does not mean
- This page does not decide a dispute for you.
- Do not send a new card number or a password as evidence.
- A Neighbor summary is not the ruling.
