An empty Search result is an empty published set, not a broken page. Widen Category or distance, or post at /request/new. Check Messages before you assume nobody replied.
What to do
- Repeat Search with Any category or a wider distance.
- Post a request if you have not. Leave Budget open if you do not want to name a range.
- Check Messages so a reply is not sitting unread.
- Use Contact only after the request is posted and you still cannot use the screen.
What you should see
Search can be empty. That means nothing published matched. Post request is a different page and does not hire anyone. Budget on that form is optional and is not a free-help switch.

- Hire a Neighbor does not promise a provider in every town.
- Waitlist confirmation is not a launch date.
- Editing the public text into a demand for a specific person is not an assignment.
