Create your account is the sign-up screen. The button is Create my free account. You can also use the sign-in providers shown there when legal documents are available. If those documents are missing, the form tells you and does not pretend the account was created.
Where to go
Create your account is /register. The button is Create my free account. The screen says you can create an account from anywhere, and that Hire a Neighbor starts in Montana. Sign in is /login. If the legal documents are missing, the form says so and does not finish.
What to do
- Open Create your account.
- Enter the details the form asks for and read the documents it shows.
- Choose Create my free account.
- If you already have an account, use Sign in. If you are locked out, use Forgot your password?
What you should see
The register screen lists three notes: free to join, nothing is charged until you confirm a deal, and you can look around and message before you decide. Card payments are not open, so confirming a deal today does not charge a card. If documents are unavailable, the form says so.
What this does not mean
- An account does not promise work, income, or a completed deal.
- You must meet the minimum age the form enforces.
- If signup is refused, join the waitlist and use Contact. Do not create a second account to get around the refusal.
