What to do
- Open the deal and read the scheduled time.
- Write in the thread once, with the time you are there or the time you missed.
- Choose Report a problem if the work did not happen and the button is available.
- Choose Report a safety concern, or leave, if the situation feels wrong.
What you should see
The inbox can show an empty state, No conversations yet, with Browse listings. A thread menu includes Mute notices, Archive, Block, and I’ll handle this myself. The offer, when there is one, is on that thread.
What this does not mean
- A missed time is not automatically a payout or a penalty. Payments are not open.
- Do not go to a private address you were not given for this job.
- Platform support is not an emergency service.
