Report from the message, from Report a safety concern on the deal, or from Contact if it is not tied to one deal. Say what happened, the listing or deal reference, and what you expected. Leave out passwords and full card numbers. Suspicious includes a push to leave the product, a request for a code, or a claim of a paid payout while payments are not open.
Where to go
Report a message from the thread. Report a safety concern is on the deal. Signed-out people use Contact. Someone is unsafe is an urgency on the support form, and it is still not a substitute for emergency services.
What to do
- Use Report on the message, or Report a safety concern on the deal.
- If there is no deal, use Contact and choose the urgency that matches, including Someone is unsafe when that is true.
- Call emergency services first if someone is in danger.
- Do not tip off the other person by sending them your evidence if you are afraid.
What you should see
Safety opens with the emergency notice. Meeting safely lists public places, keeping terms in the product, telling someone you trust, checking profiles, and leaving if something feels wrong. Trusted contacts and check-ins need you to be signed in.
What this does not mean
- A report is not a public review.
- Support does not promise a reply time.
- Reporting is not a refund.
