Signed-in people open Support, write a Subject and what happened, and choose Send to support. You can attach the note to a deal from the list when you have deals. Signed-out people open Contact: reset a password, sign in to open a case, or use the mail address only when Contact shows one. If anyone is in danger, call emergency services first. A person reads the message. No reply time is promised.
Where to go
Signed in, Support is /support. The button is Send to support. You can attach the note to a deal when you have deals. Signed out, Contact is /contact: reset the password, sign in to open a case, or use the mail address only when the page shows one.
What to do
- If you can sign in, open Support.
- Set How urgent is it? and write the subject and the body.
- Choose the deal in the list if the problem is about one.
- If you cannot sign in, open Contact and Forgot your password? first.
What you should see
Support asks How urgent is it?, then Subject, an optional deal, and what is going on. Send to support confirms the send. Appeal a moderation decision is separate and needs the reference from the notice. No reply time is promised. Immediate danger is a call to local emergency services.
What this does not mean
- Someone is unsafe still means you call local emergency services for immediate danger.
- Do not send a password or a full card number.
- The appeal form on Support is only for a moderation decision, and it needs the reference from the notice.
